Filippino Food

Hi there !! or welcome to my blog!

How are y'all doing?

Today I am going to talk about Philippine food!

so I was in the Philippines when I was 18-19.

During this one year, I have discovered so many delicious foods!

So ALLOW ME TO INTRODUCE THEM TO YOU!! :)

first.......

Pancit Canton

It's like the "yakisoba" for me (it is Japanese noodles)

With some veggies...you should definitely try this!

Next one is....

 Sinigang Soup!!!

Omg omg they are my favvvv soup ever.

If people ask me what my favorite soup is, I would answer this.

The taste is kinda sour but very flavourful.

You can choose shrimp, chicken, pork, and fish.

I still cook this often in Japan as I just miss this so much!!

Also....

Sisig

Sisig is a Filipino dish made from parts of a pig's face and belly, and chicken liver which is usually seasoned with calamansi, onions, and chili peppers. It originates from the Pampanga region in Luzon. Sisig is a staple of Kapampangan cuisine.

As you can read through the info, it might be surprising what is inside of sisig...honestly, I was. haha

But I tried it for the first time, i absolutely loved it!

It has a little kick of spiciness from the chili peppers with some calamansi.

In my next blog, I will show you my favorite restaurant to go in Cebu!!!

So stay tuned guys 💛
